The Social Media Management program is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to create engaging and effective digital content across various platforms. Participants will learn the fundamentals of content creation, including storytelling, audience analysis, and effective communication strategies. They will also gain practical skills in using digital tools and technologies to create and publish content. The focus of this course will be on social media management skills, including social media marketing, strategizing, moderation, content ideation and development, community engagement, and audience analytics & reporting.
